house...

so, to give you all a little update on the house situation. it's back on the market. we didn't get it. all of our stuff is currently in moving boxes or in moving trucks ready to be delivered to the house that is not ours. to explain, the house was foreclosed, so we put in an offer and the bank accepted it a month and a half ago. keep in mind, this was a month and a half ago. last week, the bank was not ready to close even though we were scheduled to, so they rescheduled for this past wednesday. come wednesday, eric gets a call saying the appraisal was rejected, which put the closing on hold. the ladies were here at the rental house packing up all of our crap that day, and eric drove to columbia around 2 to see what was going on. he came back with bad news, that he didn't know when we would get to close on the house and for now he had to call the movers, deliverymen, etc and tell the to hold still. well this morning, he gets the news that the lenders did not want to give us the loan for the house. it has nothing to do with credit score or any of that, it's simply because for some reason, the bank doesn't want to give out a loan for a house, despite the fact that eric is a low risk borrower. it's so ridiuculous. now, all of our belongings are stuck in cardboard boxes or trucks, ready to be moved into a house that doesn't exist. the house we were going to move into, the one of lake robinson, well it's back on the market now. i don't know if there is any way to still get it, but for now, we are homeless because we have to be out of this rental house by saturday. luckily, i'll be going to aiken on friday night and then to camp on monday afternoon, but that will only be for a week so when i get back, i have absolutely no idea what i'll be doing as far as money goes or where i will be living. that is so stressful! so, sorry for the lack of updates on fun design related material, but as you can see, my life is insane right now!
