girls...

my other freelance job was to come up with a logo for a bible study that a friend of mine is doing. i also was to make t-shirts, with "da-sisterhood" on them and a photo of friends or somthing...but i'm not quite pleased with it. i think it can be better, i just don't know how and until i can figure it out in my head, i don't know what to do other than to just keep it like this, even though i personally hate to do that.

anyways, this is the design i did for the bible study called "girl-to-girl talk". i didn't want it to look cheesy, like the original. the original had a terrible typeface and disgusting overuse of leaves and swirls. here is the original and the redesign i did in grayscale and color.
