roger federer just beat andy roddick to win his 15th grand slam. this beat pete sampras' record of 14, making him the most successful tennis player ever. that match was so epic. the score was 5-7, 7-6, 7-6, 3-6, 16-14. that's right! a 77 game match, and 30 games in the fifth set alone. i can't believe how well roddick played. i feel so bad for him because he played so hard and needed this win because his career is starting to fade, but man, you've got to be happy for roger, being such a powerhouse. what a great match!
