for our final history of graphic design project, we have to model two posters after the style of certain movements in design, having them advertise a lecture series. i chose russian constructivist, solely because i've never tried to go "dirty", i always go "simple & clean". this is to add a little more variety to my portfolio. funny enough, two photos i took of my brother this past week worked pretty well with my ideas. here is what i've come up with so far. with the original composition by the original designer below each.
