australia-bound...

my two best friends are leaving for australia tomorrow afternoon. i'll say my last goodbye to chelsea in the morning and i'm taking jen to the airport. i'm not sure how i'm going to react to this situation.

first of all, jennifer is like my sister. i tell that girl everything and we're pretty much together anytime we have free time. second of all, chelsea is my most laid back and enjoyable friend to be around because she laughs so much! these next few months are going to be so weird. my closest community of friends will be in a different country. i'm so excited and happy for them though, don't get me wrong. this trip is a life-altering opportunity for them both and i know for a fact that their lives will be changed forever because of it. with that being said, i'm still going to be sad that they will be gone for the first half of our senior year. tears will be shed tomorrow...hopefully not around a huge crowd of people because i will be so embarrassed.
