drama...

just for fun...this is the series of texts that were exchanged today between my mom, sister and me. i took a t-shirt from my sister's closet last time i was in columbia and apparently it was a sentimental shirt. this is how it began...

laura: kelly that shirt isn't even mine. it's taylor's and he wants it back.
me: gee thanks for having a sense of humor about the whole thing. i feel like i just got in trouble.
laura: but it's sentimental. :(
me: well sorry u could have just said that. i didnt know that of all the hundreds of tshirts you have that i would pick the sentimental one

mommy: if u have any shirts, jackets, any items belonging to laura, return them. no christmas until i hear that all items have been returned. love u dearly.
me: i already said i was sorry and that i'd give it back, geez. she takes my stuff all the time and has hundreds of t-shirts. i just so happened to take a sentimental one on accident. its not even that big of a deal. i havent even worn it.

me: so u tattled to mommy and she threatened to take away christmas. this has been blown way out of proportion. its just a tshirt for goodness sakes. good god. way to freak out.
laura: what?? take away christmas?? hahahaha. goodness.
me: yes. she's being obnoxious. i told her it wasnt a big deal bc i'll just give u back the shirt.
laura: haha was she being serious?
me: idk she texted me. i was like "holy crap stop freaking out, i already talker to her about it" hold on i'll fwd what she sent me.

laura: hahahaha she was prob kidding.
me: idk i can never tell with her and her frequent mood swings haha

laura: no i'm not. i'm laughing bc we are all so soooo dramatic. think about it. i TOLD on you to my mother at age twenty., mommy told you christmas was going to be cancelled, and YOU believed her. hahahaha.
