finalist...

so, last november, i entered a competition through photographer's forum magazine. well, i got this piece of mail that was from serbin communications, and i thought it was a piece of junk mail asking me to buy something. i opened it and two sentences are bolded..."we are pleased to inform you that your entry is in the finalist selection group." and..."because you are a finalist, your work will appear in this year's edition." out of 13,960 photographs entered, one of mine made it into the final selections. i find out more around february 14th, but this is insane. i never thought one of mine would get chosen. i kind of just entered for the heck of it. this is the photograph that made it...
